To inspire homeowner pride in the communities we manage and to enhance overall property values, Silver King Association Management will:

  • Manage all community-owned common areas
  • Perform weekly property inspections
  • Coordinate and inspect all community maintenance and repair visits
  • Supervise on-site personnel, if required
  • Prepare bid specifications for all contracted goods and services
  • Create bid comparison spreadsheets
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and contractors
  • Assist in rules and regulations enforcement
  • Enforce community CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Architectural Design Guidelines
  • Obtain association insurance and oversee claims processing
  • Process architectural alteration requests
  • Maintain an architectural and rules violation tracking systems
  • Provide emergency on-call services, 24 hours a day/7 days each week
  • Provide an annual review of association operating procedures
